They are spaces for assistance and counseling, confidential and free, and are available to all young people between 12 and 25 years old who want to use them. The Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ) has two Youth Health Offices, one in Faro and Portimão, which provide a variety of services aimed at this age group.
Em Faro, the office is in the Ponto Já store, located in the regional delegation of the IPDJ. Here, young people can access Youth Sexual Health consultations (Wednesday from 14:00 pm to 17:00 pm), general assistance in Youth Health (Friday from 11:00 am to 14:00 pm) and psychological and nutritional counseling consultations (by appointment) .
In Portimão, the office is also located in Loja Ponto Já, which, in this city, is located in the Municipal Market on Avenida São João de Deus. Here, prescription consultations and physical activity assessment, nutritional counseling and nutritional psychology are offered, always by appointment.
