The forecast of rain, sometimes heavy, and the possibility of thunderstorm, led the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere to place the Algarve under Yellow warning, until 21 pm today, Tuesday.

Even so, for tomorrow and Thursday, it is expected that the rain will be far from the Algarve region. A slight increase in the maximum temperature, which should rise to 25 degrees, in Faro, and at 23, in Sagres.

Mild temperatures that won't last long, as Portugal will be influenced by a polar air mass, which will lower temperatures across the national territory from Friday afternoon, there is even the possibility of snowfall in some regions of the country.

The Algarve, although it should not register temperatures as low as in the rest of the national territory, will also feel the influence of this air mass coming from Iceland, which will motivate minimum temperatures of around 10 degrees, in the district of Faro.
