The hymn was sung in unison and at the top of our lungs. On the stands, there was also no lack of props, whether they were shirts, scarves or posters. Despite the draw against Croatia, the Algarve Stadium vibrated with the return of Portugal to the region.

A total of 26.355 people attended the game, in one of the biggest attendances ever at the main sports venue in the Algarve.

And not even the absence of Ronaldo, the team's biggest star, dampened the enthusiasm of the fans who were able to vibrate with Pepe's goal and even make the Mexican wave.
