Festival F kicked off with Salvador Sobral, Kátia Guerreiro and Diogo Piçarra

The first night was a flood, but the second is still stronger

The first day of Festival F, in Vila-Adentro de Faro, started with a flood, especially in the concert by Diogo Piçarra, showing that the saints of the house still work miracles.

But, on all stages, the public joined en masse, whether in the smallest and with lesser-known artists, or in the other stars of the night, Kátia Guerreiro with the Orquestra Clássica do Sul and Salvador Sobral (who sang «Amar pelo Dois») .

The party also took place in the Gaming tent (new this year), always inhabited by more or less strange beings, such as Cosplay lovers, or in the Silent Party area, next to the Museum.

Sérgio Godinho, Dead Combo and Aurea are the strong names of the second night of Festival F, which takes place this Friday, August 31st, in Faro.

The Ria Stage, in Largo de São Francisco, hosts the main concerts of the night. At 21 pm, the show by Sérgio Godinho begins, followed by Aurea at 30 pm. The last concert will be by Piruka at 23:00.

From 21 pm onwards, the Sé stage will host Alexander Search, a band that brings together Salvador Sobral and the Algarve pianist Júlio Resende.

Rodrigo Leão also performs on the same stage, but at 23:00. One of the most awaited concerts is by Dead Combo, in Sé, starting at 1:00 am.

Outside of music, there is Governo Sombra to watch, from 19 pm onwards, in the Cloisters of the Cathedral. Carlos Vaz Marques, Ricardo Araújo Pereira, João Miguel Tavares and Pedro Mexia will analyze current politics, with the traditional touch of humour. The TSF and TVI00 program will be recorded here.

Humor is also present again, with the Red Light Comedy, at 22:30 pm, and Hugo Sousa, at 00:00 am.
