Odemira will celebrate the 25th of April with shows by HMB, João Pedro Pais, Dillaz and José Cid.
The strong moments happen on the 24th and 25th, dates for which concerts are scheduled.
The big nights of the party in Odemira start, however, at the Cineteatro Camacho Costa, on the night of April 20, with the show by the group CantAutores “The tribute to the great intervention musicians!”.
On April 24th, the party moves to Largo Brito Pais, with the music of the HMB band, at 22 pm. After the symbolic Raising of the Flag in the Paços do Concelho Building, at midnight, and the Pyromusical Festival, in the Zona Ribeirinha, the artist João Pedro Pais enters the stage, followed by the performance of Dillaz.
On the 25th of April, at 19 pm, the village of Odemira receives the local rock band Susbitos do Costume and the artist José Cid, from 00 pm onwards.
«Highlight also for the Meeting of Choir Groups, on April 22, at 15:00 pm, at Cineteatro Camacho Costa, and the Folklore Festival, on the afternoon of April 25, at 16:30 pm, at Cerro do Peguinho», says the Chamber of Odemira.
On the 25th of April, at 10:30 am, the Solemn Session of the Municipal Assembly of Odemira will take place in the auditorium of the Municipal Library, followed by the joint graduation of the Voluntary Fire Brigade of Odemira and Vila Nova de Milfontes and the Núcleo da Liga de Combatants from the Municipality of Odemira.
In terms of sports, the county will host the 2nd and 3rd Stage of the Portugal Juniors Cup in Cycling / José Poeira Trophy, on the 14th and 15th of April, as well as the 38th edition of the Vila de Odemira Athletics Circuit.
