Storm damage to the Alto de Santo António water reservoir in Faro, could lead to water supply failures, announced the Chamber of Faro and municipal company Fagar.
The storm that hit the region yesterday and today caused damage to the reservoir's equipment, which "are already being repaired". Even so, there could be problems in the coming days "especially in the buildings and higher areas of the city, with the effect of pressure, or possibly the temporary interruption of supply."
