Until December 24th, Christmas Eve, the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA) forecasts dry weather, with little cloudy or clear skies, and the probability of precipitation occurrence is less than 10%.

In the coming days, the minimum temperature will vary, between -5 and 0°C in the North and Center interior, between 0 and 4°C in the South interior, and on the coast between 2 and 8°C.

On the 19th, Tuesday, the IPMA predicts that there will be a small increase in the minimum temperature, between 2 and 5°C throughout the territory, but that will be temporary, since from the 20th onwards a new drop is expected, returning to the order of values ​​referred to above.

Conditions are also foreseen for the formation of frost, especially in the interior regions.

There is also the possibility of formation of mist or morning fog in Northeast Transmontano and Beira Alta, which should not persist throughout the day.
