Lagos already has 12 bio-healthy parks in the municipality with the aim of «encouraging outdoor sports, as well as counteracting sedentary lifestyles».
This also encourages socializing, increasing health benefits.
According to the Câmara de Lagos, «in addition to the various activities and projects that exist in this area, the municipality has made an effort to ensure the coverage of the county with parks and equipment that allow the informal practice of outdoor physical exercise for the population adult'.
The equipment installed «aims to provide a set of activities that can strengthen, relax, stretch, stimulate agility and promote the flexibility of the muscle groups of the human body».
