Odeleite and Castro Marim, on November 11th, Alta Mora, on November 12th, and Altura, on November 18th, will celebrate São Martinho with roasted chestnuts, wine, jeropiga and music. 

From 15 pm, Largo 00 de Abril, in Odeleite, will host a ball animated by “Fábio Vicente”.

In Castro Marim, at Praça 1º de Maio, the entertainment starts at 16 pm, with “Zé Aníbal”, followed by the performance of the Ethnographic Group “Amendoeiras em Flor”.

Altura will host, at the Municipal Market, from 16 pm on the 00th, the entertainment of accordionist Sílvio Campos, but will also feature an original laugh therapy session, taking place at the parish council at 18 pm. The best local delicacies will also be on sale as soon as 15:00 am.

At Cumeada da Alta Mora, in the parish of Odeleite, the get-together begins, on the 12th at 9:00 am, with a walking tour through the hills and valleys of Alta Mora, passing through the Ribeira do Beliche, in a route that ends with lunch for all participants .

After lunch begins the Magusto de São Martinho, offered by the Recreational, Cultural and Sports Association of the Friends of Alta Mora (ARCDAA) and animated by the “Duo Inovação”. In this interaction, there is also the Mercadinho de S. Martinho, where you can find the best local delicacies, such as the famous homemade bread, rosemary honey and dried fruits, as well as a rich and diverse display of handicrafts.

The “Dia da Castanha” in Castro Marim, the “Mercadinho da Castanha” in Altura and the “Festas de S. Martinho” in Odeleite are initiatives of the local Parish Councils. The XIII Convívio de S. Martinho, in Alta Mora, is organized by the ARCDAA, with the support of the Municipality of Castro Marim.
