Musician Noiserv will be the guest of the last session of the “B Side” section, on November 25th, at 21 pm, at Teatro Mascarenhas Gregório, in Silves.

Since 2005, David Santos has been the embodiment of the artistic character “Noiserv”, «a creative Portuguese musician, dynamizer of one of the most stimulating and differentiating musical projects with a contemporary sound», says Câmara de Silves.

«In his interpretations he talks about the individual in his intimacy, about human experiences, his memories and dreams. In 2013 he won the award for best album of the year, awarded by the Portuguese Society of Authors, with the album “Almost Visible Orchestra”. Noiserv is known for the “orchestra man”. On stage, he plays all the instruments, some of them simultaneously».

His debut album was “One Hundred Miles from the Thoughlessness”, in 2008. This album and “A day in the day of the days”, from 2010, earned the musician close to 500 live performances in Portugal and in the rest of the World.

In 2013, “Noiserv” edited “Almost visible orchestra”, an album of greater density and musical complexity than the previous ones, although it never lost the identity by which it made itself known in the artistic world. At the beginning of 2014, this last work was awarded the best album of the year in 2013 by the Sociedade Portuguesa de Autores.

“00:00:00:00”, his most recent work, is the name of the successor to “Almost Visible Orchestra”, and is described by the Lisbon musician as “the soundtrack for a film that doesn't exist yet, but perhaps one day it will exist».

«It's a different record from what Noiserv has become accustomed to, the “orchestra of sounds” that we know so well gave way to the sound of a piano played by many hands, while from his voice we see stories in non-instrumental themes coming out. Portuguese», says the Chamber of Silves. In total, there are eight songs that make up “00:00:00:00”.

Tickets cost 8 euros and can be purchased in advance at the Municipal Museum of Archeology of Silves.

Since February 2014, renowned musicians such as João Afonso, António Manuel Ribeiro, Jorge Palma, Pedro Jóia, Ricardo Ribeiro, Sérgio Godinho, Luís Represas, Custódio Castelo, Rita Redshoes, Rita Guerra and Miguel Araújo have passed through the “B Side” format , Ala dos Namorados, Miguel Ângelo, Diogo Piçarra, Pedro Barroso, Virgin Suta and Lúcia Moniz and Luiz Caracol, Adolfo Luxúria Canibal, Mico da Câmara Pereira, Senhoras, António Chainho and Lena d'Água.
