The MEP Marisa Matias will be this Saturday, the 12th, at 18 pm, in Sagres, to present Sebastião Pernes as a candidate of the Left Block to the Vila do Bispo City Council.
Alongside Sebastião Pernes, 65, a sailor, currently BE's municipal deputy, will be the remaining candidates, namely the heads-of-list for the Municipal Assembly (David Correia, 35, firefighter) and for the Vila do Parish Assemblies Bispo and Raposeira (Luís Costa) and Budens (Vidal Marreiros).
The presentation session of the candidacy of the Vilabispenses Blocists for the Municipal Elections on the 1st of October will take place at the former Primary School of Sagres.
In addition to Marisa Matias, the initiative will also count with the presence of deputy João Vasconcelos, elected by the Algarve, and who is also the head-of-list of the Bloc to the Portimão Chamber.
The Left Block presents candidates for 11 of the 16 Municipal Councils of the Algarve, competing in Albufeira, Faro, Lagoa, Lagos, Loulé, Olhão, Portimão, Silves, Tavira, Vila do Bispo and Vila Real de Santo António.
