The Loulé City Council awarded recognition medals to 30 municipal employees with 35 or more years of service, in a ceremony that took place in the Municipal Assembly room.

These distinctions, according to the mayor of Loulé, Vítor Aleixo, were intended to "signal the value of people who, during a lifetime of work, dedicated themselves to serving the State, citizens and the community."

“This is the fair recognition of the institution where you worked for so many years, where you gave your knowledge, your energy, and where you contributed to the common good and to serving people.
