Moncarapachense received and drew with Ferreiras (1-1), this Saturday, and ended the regular phase of the 1st District Football Division, which ended this weekend, 4 points ahead of Quarteirense, who is second, and Ferreiras, who is third.
The competition will now be divided into two series: the first six will compete in the qualification phase of the champion, while the rest will fight for maintenance. In both cases the teams keep the points already earned.
Moncarapachense, Quarteirense, Ferreiras, Lagoa, Esperança de Lagos and Quarteira were selected for the champion's qualifying phase.
Silves, Immortal, Culatrense, 11 Esperanças, Messinense and Faro and Benfica will fight not to go down to the 2nd District Division.
