Moncarapachense drew, this weekend, against Quarteira (1-1), and was caught in the lead of the District, by Ferreiras, who went to Messinense's ground to win by 1-3.
Quarteirense also beat 11 Esperanças away, and is two points behind the leading duo in the championship.
The “neighbors” Lagoa and Silves met on this journey and the Lagoense team won. 2-1 was the result for the home team, who have shortened distances to the front and are now 5 points behind first place.
In fifth place follows Esperança de Lagos, who received and thrashed the Faro and Benfica 6-0, in what was the most extended result of the round.
At the bottom of the table is the Immortal de Albufeira who lost again, this time with Culatrense (1-2).
The District Football Championship will stop and will only return in 2017, on 7 January.
