«In this way, the reader will have at their disposal a set of artistic images that will transport them not to the emblematic monuments and landscapes that illustrate the tourist guides, textbooks or internet pages, but to the day-to-day life of localities , that is, what any traveler actually finds when visiting these tourist destinations», explains the editor.

In total, there are 37 countries or territories that Luís Nadkarni visited and photographed, from the Azores to Val Paraiso, in Chile, passing through Australia, Belize, Cape Verde, Goa, Macau, Morocco, China and Brazil, among others. Overall, the work concentrates on itself images of the «4 Cantos do Mundo».

Edited by Arandis Editora, the work is prefaced by Nuno Campos Inácio and will be presented by the Algarve deputy Cristóvão Norte.

«Author of «As Minhas Viagens» and «Aventuras de Uma Vida», Luís Nadkarni has reinvented the notions of “Traveller” and “Adventurer”, present in the Algarve's DNA since antiquity, passing through the medieval period and the Age of Discovery, which is now in crisis with the advent of new technologies. In the way and the time, Luís Nadkarni fully fits the concept of Traveler and Adventurer of the XNUMXst Century», adds the editor.
