Olhanense received and beat Sporting B by 1-0, in a match in which they were the most enlightened team and which created the best goalscoring opportunities, having benefited from the misfortune of Betinho, player of the Lisbon team.
The first part of the game, at the end of a cold morning in Olhão, was tepid. Sporting B managed to dominate most of the time, although without causing much danger. The home team, more cautious, was watching the counterattack and created the best opportunity in the first half.
The second half started with the result still at zero, but Olhanense brought another attitude from the dressing rooms. The team from Olhão brought speed to the game and managed to create several opportunities. At 68 minutes, the goal actually happened. After a corner, the ball crosses the penalty area and it is Sporting's Betinho who deflects it into the goal. The 1-0 was made, a result that remained until the end.
This victory, the second consecutive victory for the Olhão team for the II League, places Olhanense in the 10th position of the championship (the condition), with 45 points.
