This is another concert included in the schedule of the Al-Mutamid Music Festival, which continues the tour that will take him to seven municipalities in the Algarve.

The «Sons d'al Andalus» draws on the cultural heritage of the period of occupation of the South of the Iberian Peninsula by the Arabs, whose great reference is in the poet king Al-Mutamid.

In addition to presenting music fusion with the rhythms of the different cultures that then coexisted in the Iberian Peninsula, the musical group will be accompanied by an oriental and Persian dancer, «who reflects through her dances the testimony of Al's heritage. -Andalusian».

«Over 15 years, more than 50 shows were presented that transported the public to the sensuality of sound that for centuries has flooded bazaars, medinas, castles and palaces in the Mediterranean and Middle East», according to the City Council of Albufeira.

Tickets cost 3 euros and can be purchased at the Albufeira Municipal Library and at the City Council building (CIAC), during office hours (weekdays from 9 am to 13 pm and from 14 pm to 16 pm), or at the Municipal Auditorium of Albufeira on the day of the concert, between 19:30 pm and 21:15 pm.
