António Aleixo Secondary SchoolThe Algarve socialist deputies António Eusébio, Luís Graça, Fernando Anastácio and Ana Passos will visit several schools in the Algarve, during the next week, as part of the Young People's Parliament programme.

Thus, António Eusébio, also president of the PS/Algarve, visits the António Aleixo Secondary School in Portimão (Monday, January 11, at 14 pm), the João da Rosa Basic School in Olhão (Monday, January 18th , at 14:30 pm) and the Secondary Padre António Martins de Oliveira, in Lagoa (Monday, January 25, at 14:30 pm).

Congressman Luís Graça will be at the Tomás Cabreira Secondary School of Faro (Monday, January 11, at 11 am), while Ana Passos, the leader of the Socialist Women of the Algarve, will be at the D. Dinis Basic School, in Quarteira (Monday, January 18, at 14:30 pm).

This program is organized by the Assembly of the Republic, in collaboration with other entities, with the aim of promoting education for citizenship and the interest of young people in the debate on current issues.

It culminates with the holding of two National Sessions in Parliament, prepared throughout the school year, with the participation of deputies, namely from the Committee on Education, Science and Culture, the parliamentary body responsible for guiding the program.

All schools of the 2nd and 3rd cycle of basic and secondary education are invited to participate in the Youth Parliament program, and more information can be found at www.jovens.parlamento.pt.
