manifest nursesThe nurses of the Algarve Hospital Center will take advantage of the presence of the deputies of the Parliamentary Health Commission in the Algarve to hand them a petition, in which they demand the replacement of the 35 hours of work per week.

One of the nurses' arguments to justify this requirement is the fact that, in the CHA, "nurses with a weekly workload of 35h and others of 40h, but with the same remuneration, coexist, therefore appealing to the Chairman of the Board of the Board of the CHA the quick resolution of this injustice”, announced the Union of Portuguese Nurses (SEP).

Signatures subscribed so far will be delivered to the chairman of the Board of Directors of CHA Pedro Nunes and the vice-president of the Parliamentary Health Committee.

The SEP will be present at the meetings to be held in Portimão with different entities in the region, at the invitation of the Health Commission, "where it will deliver a document with this and other concerns of nurses in the Algarve."
