Farense returned to winning ways this Saturday. The Algarve received Benfica B at Estádio de São Luís and won the match, counting for the II Liga, by 1-0.
The only goal of the match was scored by central Ubay Luzardo, in the 19th minute, in a set-piece play. The Algarvians managed to hold the advantage until the end, despite the reds' attempts to tie the game, and secure the three points.
Farense now has 17 points and rose several positions in the II League, due to this victory.
