Bento AlgarveBoxer Bento Algarvio will defend the title of WPC world boxing champion in a fight that will take place this Saturday, from 21:30 pm, in the cloisters of the Municipal Museum of Faro, in Vila-Adentro of the Algarve capital. The Portuguese athlete will face the Argentine Marcelo «El Imortal», in a fight in the 62 kg category.

This won't be the only bout scheduled, as the international MMA title will also be disputed. Here, a Portuguese and an Argentine, José Lopes and Norberto Cuafardini, respectively, will also measure forces.

The fights themselves will take place tonight, but the event already had its first moment, yesterday, Friday, at night, with the weighing of athletes and a press conference, which took place at the Forum Algarve shopping centre.
