The Municipality of Aljezur, at its meeting held on October 13th, approved a new allocation of municipal lots for self-construction, in the municipal allotment of Malhadais, in the parish of Odeceixe.
Thus, the allocation of lots will be made in accordance with the "Municipal Regulation for the Sale of Lots for Housing Construction, in Municipal Allotments" and the "Regulation for Enrollment in the Candidate Stock Exchange", in force in that municipality.
The draw to be carried out, in accordance with the Regulation, will take place at the ordinary meeting of the City Council on the 24th of November, with two lots being drawn from among those enrolled in the Candidate Exchange in the “Unmarried” situation, and the other two lots will be drawn from among those enrolled in the Candidate Exchange under the condition of “Married or similar”.
The lots to be drawn have an area of 165 square meters each and will be sold at a price of 50 euros per square meter.
The period for expressing interest in participating in the draw, as well as for registering in the Candidate Exchange, will last for a period of thirty days, and the notice must be consulted, as well as the aforementioned regulations.
