The British DJ duo Sigma and Angolan Anselmo Ralph are the international names that will take the stage of the XXX Academic Week of the Algarve, which will also have DJ Ride, Carlão or Rui Unas. The event takes place between the 7th and 16th of May.
Regula, DAMA and Diogo Piçarra had already been confirmed by the Associação Académica earlier this week and this afternoon it was revealed the remaining names that will accompany them at the University of Algarve students' party.
As usual, the Academic Week starts in the city center of Faro, with the Opening Serenade, and this year it will take place at Largo do Carmo, on May 7th.
On the first day of «País das Maravilhas», on Friday, May 8, HMB opens the main stage. Carlão, ex-Da Weasel is the second artist to act with Dynamic Duo to close the night.
On Saturday 9th, the Algarve Sacik Brown "opens hostilities", Regula continues with the party, which ends with the performance of the dj ride.
The third day of Wonderland starts with Reuben Philip and continues with Rui unas, who presents his facet of a kizomba singer.
Sunday is dedicated to popular music with the locals Fabio Lagarto starting the party and with the good mood of Rosinha to pursue it.
On the 12th, Tuesday, the Farenses Name are repeaters on the Academic Week stage, just like the LADY., which were also present at last year's edition.
Hip-hop returns to the stage on May 13th with performances by Tribute e Jimmy P and, as usual, Thursday is dedicated to academic sounds, with the performance of the University of Algarve's tunas.
The “kick-off” for the weekend, on Friday, is given by the Mundo brown and the music continues with Anselmo Ralph, which promises to fill Wonderland. The last concert of the night is in charge of Meninos da Vadiagem.
On the 16th, the responsibility for ending the XXX Academic Week belongs to the British Sigma, but before that the ATOA and the "godfather" of this edition of the event Diogo Piçarra.
