The Portimão Health Users Commission will once again promote, on Saturday, February 7th, at 15 pm, next to the city's Hospital, a new concentration for the defense of hospital services.
According to the Commission, there is a lack of "conditions for health professionals", "material, auxiliary staff and even medicines" in that unit of the Centro Hospitalar do Algarve, a situation that contributes "to a deficient support for users".
Therefore, the Commission demands the "replacement of all services that were constrained" and promotes this concentration "for the maintenance of the Maternity, against the chaos in the Emergency Department, against the closure of valences and services and against the lack of medicines in the Hospital" .
