Several arteries in the city of Olhão will be without electricity on the morning of Sunday, February 1, due to work on the electricity distribution network.
The Municipality of Olhão informs that, between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm on Sunday, EDP Distribuição de Energia, SA, will cut the electricity supply on Rua 18 de Junho, Rua Joaquim do Ó, Rua Cerca Júdice, Rua Manuel Martins Garrocho, Rua Cerrinho, Quinta Romão, Estrada Nacional 125 and Rua Almirante Reis .
The local authority adds that, due to unforeseen situations, the works can last up to 15:00 pm and that “for safety reasons and as there may be a need to carry out tests or to carry out early restoration, the installations should be considered permanently in tension. ».
