Águas do Algarve, SA received from the Water and Waste Regulatory Authority (ERSAR) the Seal for the exemplary quality of water for human consumption in 2014.
According to a statement from Águas do Algarve, this is “a reason for great pride, as it is above all the recognition of the good performance of Águas do Algarve, SA and consequently of all those who work here, it is a moment that we want to share with the Algarve population, since this award is also for those who receive beautiful tap water in their homes every day».
In 2013, Águas do Algarve received the same award which, according to the company entails a «continuous motivation in performing our duties and achieving our goals, which in the water sector is reflected in an excellent service, and with a product certified in HACCP'.
The entities awarded this award will be given a certificate attesting to the quality of the service provided to users at a public ceremony to be held on November 19, within the scope of the Expo Conference on Water,
