The Ocean restaurant, distinguished with two Michelin stars, and located in Vila Vita Park, in Porches (Lagoa), reopens on April 3rd. For this long-awaited return, chef Hans Neuner and his team have prepared a set of three menus inspired by spring and local products, which will surprise and provide a memorable experience.

The first three-course menu (95 euros per person) includes rock octopus with tomato, smoked calf marrow and basil, veal tail stewed with Périgord truffles, celery and duck liver and dessert.

The second menu, with five courses (145 euros per person), includes the dishes of the first, mullet with Pata Negra, mussels and Spello beans and sea bass with boletus and artichokes from Brittany join the dishes on the first menu.

The third option, of seven courses (185 euros per person), includes the previous ones, plus crayfish ceviche with beetroot and horseradish, “Monte da Vinha” cheese with chestnut, quince and raisins in rum and Madagascar banana with caramel, corn, hazelnut and passion fruit.

Vila Vita Parc takes this special occasion to launch “Oceano para Dois”. The program, a gourmet getaway for two, includes a dinner at the Ocean with a three-course menu, wine pairing and a champagne cocktail. And, of course, a dream night at the resort, with breakfast (served in your room or in one of the unit's restaurants), seasonal fruit and mineral water upon arrival, use of the Health Club, swimming pools, jacuzzi or sauna. All this, with the ocean in the background.
Price: 476 euros (price for two people, all inclusive).
