The Algarve writer Fernando Pessanha is going to launch a new work, the book «Hotel Anaidaug», this December. The work of fiction, published by the publisher 4Águas, is part of the «Onda Curta» collection and has a set of illustrations by the artist from Faro, Artur Filipe, and already has presentations scheduled for Portugal and Spain.

The first presentation will take place on January 10, 2014, at the Municipal Historical Archive of Vila Real de Santo António, at 18 pm and will be in charge of Luís Romão.

According to the author, it is a «brief plot inspired by the history of the oldest hotel in the Algarve, but an alternative story, as it takes place in a parallel reality».

This is the third work released by Fernando Pessanha, after the publication of the essay «A Cidade Islâmica de Faro», in October 2012, and from the book of short stories «Encontros Improváveis», in April 2013.
