The Albufeira Municipal Museum of Archeology has a new schedule that will be maintained during the months of July and August, with the aim of welcoming tourists who visit the municipality during the bathing season.
On Thursdays and Fridays, it opens between 14 pm and 00 pm, with guided tours in Portuguese and English, at 22 pm and 00 pm. Registration is made on site up to 18 minutes before the start of the visit.
On Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, the museum is open from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 13:30 pm to 17:30 pm. On Wednesday, the hours are continuous, between 9:30 am and 17:30 pm.
With weekly closing on Mondays, the Archeology Museum hosts, from July 9th to October 13th, the temporary exhibition “Albufeira goes to baths”, which portrays the evolution of bathing tourism, bathing suits and summer entertainment in the municipality of Albufeira, from the beginning of the XNUMXth century to the present day.
