Faro receives, on May 2nd and 3rd, the 7th National University Football Championship (men and women).
The competition, organized by the Academic Association of the University of Algarve and the Academic Federation of the University of Algarve, brings to the Algarve capital six women's and five men's teams, totaling around one hundred and a half participants, including athletes, coaches and managers.
After the competitions of the University National Chess Championship and the XNUMXst Qualification Tournament of the University National Volleyball Championship, this initiative makes the third national organization of the Sports Office of the Academic Association of the University of Algarve this school year.
