Ignite Portimão will bring together, next Friday, May 3, from 19:30 pm, at the Café Concerto do TEMPO - Teatro Municipal de Portimão, 14 speakers who will address various topics, before an audience of interested parties and in an informal and of conviviality.

In the original format of this type of meeting, each speaker has only 5 minutes and 20 slides, rotating automatically every 5 seconds, to stimulate the audience with their ideas, convictions, personal experiences or professional bets.

The speakers are: Tiago Freire – Microexpressions: Facts or Fictions?, Emília Mariano- Veni, audivi, dixi; Mark Pereira- What is your cosmovision (come on, I know you have it)? ; Rui Gonçalves- The influence of culture and theater in our daily lives; Isabel Quirino- Two stories, One ending. Happy; Helder Gonçalves- Does success have a formula?!; Vanda do Vale- “Chiuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu” ; André Gabriel- Micro-trends; Jorge Parrado- A way of seeing; Nicole Bertemes- Detoxification and Connection to Thriving Human Nature; Ivo Dias de Sousa- Be luckier; Fernando Santos- Portugal a bureaucratic regime; Tiago Cunha- Believing is Seeing.

New to this second edition of Ignite Portimão, there will also be a period for discussion of ideas between the speakers and the audience and a surprise presentation.

As usual, this initiative will support a cause, in this case the Associação Amigos do Canil de Portimão, challenging participants to contribute to a campaign to collect food for dogs and cats.

The organization is the responsibility of the company Worklovers/Ignite Algarve and has the institutional partnership of the Municipality of Portimão, with the collaboration of ETIC-Algarve – Technical School of Image and Communication and of the Sul Informação, as a communication partner.

Inspire is the watchword

The Ignite concept emerged in 2006 in the city of Seattle and was conceived by Brady Forrest and Bre Pettis, having spread to the four corners of the planet, from Paris to Beijing, passing through Munich, Budapest, Los Angeles, London and many other cities.

In Portugal, the idea was introduced in 2009, with a total of seven meetings and around one hundred presentations being held so far in the Algarve region, in which personal experiences and convictions, scientific and cultural knowledge, humor, drama, love have been shared. , fears and challenges, in a relaxed environment that generates positive energy.
