This Monday, the GNR arrested two young people aged 16 and 18 on suspicion of having stolen metal from inside a warehouse. When they were surprised by the police in Armação de Pêra, the suspects had with them "220 kilos of copper wires, several aluminum profiles, plumbing material and various boiler components."

This material, added to the Territorial Command of Faro of the GNR in a press release, he had disappeared the night before from a warehouse in Pêra. The two young people, who are residents in Pêra, «are already referenced for thefts of non-precious metals and for thefts from inside their homes and establishments, which occurred in their area of ​​residence as well as in Armação de Pêra and Alcantarilha».

The detainees will be present tomorrow at the Judicial Court of Silves to apply the coercive measures.
