This Saturday, the 27th, the Municipal Market of São Brás de Alportel is the stage for another Gastronomic Demonstration, this time by the hand of chef Luis Nobre.
The gastronomic preparation integrates in itself a set of colors, aromas, textures and flavors that, wisely combined, result in true delicacies. In October, the Gastronomic Demonstration promises to surprise with a very colorful, nutritionally balanced menu, at a reduced cost, to reinvent creativity at the healthy table.
In this sense, Chef Luis Nobre suggests, as soup, a Symphony of Pumpkin and Coriander, followed by a main course of Sweet Potato Crepe and Goat Cheese, reserving for the end a delicious dessert of Infusion of aromatic herbs accompanied by Olive Oil Cookies .
Chef Luis Nobre has a degree in Hotel Management from the University of Algarve and a degree in cooking and pastry from the School of Hotel and Tourism of the Algarve, developing at a professional level the gastronomic preparation combined with the organization of events.
His professional career includes numerous renowned spaces in the Algarve's touristic panorama, among which the Sheraton, Dona Filipa, Vila Vita Parc, Alfamar, and the Vila Velha restaurant in Quinta do Lago stand out, with a brief stint in gastronomy Austrian at the Hotel Kitzbühler Horn.
