Although the return of Miguel Praia to the Supersport World Championship proved to be difficult, the Portuguese driver almost failed to achieve his goal of finishing this race, at the Nurburgring, in the scoring places. He crossed the finish line in 17th place after starting from 24th position.

It was a race that served as training for the next round at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, where Miguel Praia wants to be in evidence.

“Two corners from the end of the race I was in 15th position, but I was so attacked by my opponents that I couldn't hold the place. It would have been excellent to score on my return, but considering all the handicaps I'm happy because it was a good practice and gives me extra preparation for the next round in Portimão”, said Miguel Praia.

From the 21st to the 23rd of September, the AIA will host the penultimate round of the Supersport World Cup, a journey not to be missed with the presence of the Algarve's Miguel Praia.
