The Ignite meetings arrive in Portimão on September 28th to give voice to those who have a good idea or an interesting story, capable of arousing the curiosity and involvement of the audience, taking place at Café Concerto do TEMPO – Teatro Municipal de Portimão , from 19:30 pm.

With this initiative, Portimão becomes part of an international network of cities that, through these meetings, bring together speakers to share theories, convictions, personal practices or professional challenges, before audiences motivated to listen to new ideas and new voices, as opposed to the routine of day to day.

Anyone can register as a speaker at this meeting, just submit their candidacy at www.ignitealgarve.com, with a maximum of 16 participants being admitted: each speaker has 5 minutes to share their experiences through 20 support slides that rotate automatically every 15 seconds, and infect the audience, in an informal and convivial atmosphere.

The themes, freely chosen and preferably innovative, are proposed by those selected and should arouse awareness, stimulating reflection and action on the subject discussed with the audience.

Brás de Alportel, Loulé and Albufeira, with the Ignite Algarve team committed to taking this late-afternoon event to each municipality. relaxed, pedagogical and inspiring, which Portimão will also host on the 28th of September.

The initiative is the responsibility of the company Worklovers/Ignite Algarve, in partnership with the Municipality of Portimão, with the collaboration of ETIC-Algarve – Technical School of Image and Communication and the Multicopy printing centre, as well as the partnership of media of Sul Informação.
