This year, Real Picadeiro presents its Lusitano horses and riders at Fatacil, in Lagoa, in the “Caballux” show, which can be seen on August 20, at 22 pm.
The show will last from 30 to 40 minutes, with the main focus on the presentation of high school exercises.
Real Picadeiro will also participate in the Dressage contest, E1 race, with rider Renato Calixto Felício riding “Cupido”.
During all the days of the fair, which takes place in Lagoa from August 17th to 26th, in the Restauração Sector, the Real Picadeiro will be represented with its restaurant “Clube Lusitano”, where it will be possible to taste some of the delicacies of this new space of Algarve catering.
The Equestrian Sector of Fatacil has been over the years, due to the quality and diversity of its program, a mandatory reference for most horse lovers, residents or tourists who visit this event.
Fatacil – one of the biggest events in the south of the Tagus – became the capital of horse in the Algarve in August, a meeting point for breeders, riders, equestrian clubs, professional fans, lovers of shows and equestrian sports.
With this participation in Fatacil, Real Picadeiro continues to have as its main objectives – through its Riding School and the presentation of Equestrian Galas – the dissemination and appreciation of the Lusitano Horse, which was in great prominence in these Olympic Games when it reached the final in the his first participation, finishing 16th among the 18 finalists.
In addition to this presence at FatacilL, it is possible to watch every Wednesday at Real Picadeiro a show that combines the traditional Algarve flavors of the Clube Lusitano restaurant with an equestrian show full of choreographies, music, lights, scenarios and colorful costumes, in a symbiosis between horses and riders.
