On the last Saturday of the month, the 30th, the smell of warm bread at the Municipal Market inspires Chef Fernando Cunha's delicious suggestions… a real temptation!

Born in Lisbon, Fernando Cunha discovered the pleasure of cooking at a young age, a pleasure that followed his entire life course and led him to take a cooking course.

After completing the course, this chef went to some renowned hotels in the capital and it was there that he acquired several experiences and new gastronomic concepts, particularly benefiting from the influence of a great Italian chef.

Determined to enrich his knowledge, Fernando Cunha embarks on a new adventure to the Algarve, where he is currently working at Pousada de Estoi.

Throughout the Algarve, discover the delicious Algarve cuisine in its most authentic and genuine state, trying to convey this through its gastronomic suggestions.

Carob Tiborna starter with red onion confit and goat cheese

In the month of Quentinho Bread at the Municipal Market, another Gastronomic Demonstration this time, guided by Chef Fernando Cunha presents visitors with a refreshing cold soup of Gaspacho with flavored tile, followed by a starter of Tiborna de Alfarroba with red onion confit and cheese of goat.

For the main course, Chef Cunha reserves a salmon roll with basil and cornbread in filo dough, with polenta and a light tomato and lemon scent, and finishes off with a dessert of sweet bread with raisins.
