This project resulted in an investment of close to 70 thousand euros and consisted in the expansion of the existing space, through the creation of a multipurpose room and a space for storage.
The new infrastructure is prepared for sports classes during the winter period. It was also provided for the provision of a cupboard for the storage of objects not related to the practice of sports activities.
The implementation of this intervention resulted from the progressive increase of students in this school, as well as from the need to comply with the extracurricular program that encompasses physical education.
Simultaneously, the City Council carried out the improvement and maintenance works in the cafeteria and the kitchen, and the introduction and implementation of the system and means of detecting fires was also contemplated.
