Ricardo Mestre from the Algarve, winner of this year's Volta a Portugal by Bike, is the star of the 2011 EcoBike Tour, which takes place on Sunday, November 13, in Figueira da Foz.
In the competition, which intends to combine physical activity and environment, other members of the Prio/Tavira team also participate, with more than 200 registered.
This EcoBike Tour is organized by the company 100 Nada and the Municipality of Figueira da Foz, which promise “a simple route but with a breathtaking backdrop”.
A route of about 12 kilometers departing from the Figueira da Foz Industrial Area (Gala), crossing the Figueira da Foz bridge and arriving in front of the Galante bridge.
A food supplement and a souvenir will be offered to all participants of the 1st edition of the Eco Bike Tour 2011.
