The PSP intercepted this morning at Rua Reitor Teixeira Guedes, in Faro, a car with three men who had in their possession a stolen boat engine and a cell phone, also stolen.

The operation began at 3:00 am, when the police went to Chalé das Canas, "following a phone call denouncing that a suspicious vehicle was at the site."

When the PSP agents arrived there, the car had already disappeared, but with the description of the vehicle, steps began to try to locate it, which happened shortly afterwards, on Estrada do Moinho da Palmeira.

The PSP then began to follow the car, intercepting it on Rua Reitor Teixeira Guedes.

At the time, a man managed to escape, but the police also caught an individual, a foreign citizen, aged 25, as well as two others, Portuguese, aged 21 and 23.

Inside the vehicle, a stolen boat engine was discovered, which was seized, as well as the mobile phone, also stolen, which was in the possession of one of the men, as well as tools (pliers and keys), «supposedly used to practice theft ». The car was also seized by PSP.
