Cristóvão Norte, deputy of the PSD for the Algarve, will carry out next Saturday, November 12th, two sessions to assist voters in the municipalities of Vila do Bispo and Monchique.
The service will take place in the morning, between 11 am and 13 pm, in Vila do Bispo, at Rua 00º de Maio, 1 – headquarters of the PSD section, and in Monchique, between 7 pm and 14 pm, also at the headquarters of the PSD section, Rua D Francisco Gomes Avelar, 30 – 16º.
After these sessions, Cristóvão Norte will be present at the Festa da Castanha, in Marmelete, where he will also be available for contacts with the local population.
The Algarve parliamentarian considers that "whoever is elected has an obligation to be accountable and listen to the population, in order to be able to fulfill the role of faithful interpreter of their concerns."
Therefore, he concludes that “cultivating proximity between elected officials and voters is a facet of the mandate that was given to me and seems to be as important as working days in the Assembly of the Republic”.
