A new service for citizens, called “Loteamentos Online”, is already in operation on the Loulé Municipal Council website, accessible through http://www.cm-loule.pt/menu/449/loteamentos-online.aspx.
This service allows you to consult and download the plans of the subdivisions and the attached documents (permits, regulations and amendments), from 1994 to the present date, with the possibility of printing extracts of the plants in paper or PDF format.
In a second phase, which is underway, this service and that of the PMOT (Municipal Land Use Plans) that are underway will be associated with the service of issuing online location plans.
This work was carried out by the Geographic Information and Registration Division, with the collaboration of the Digitalization Team and the Urbanization Division, and will allow users to access this information with convenience, taking the pressure off the customer service.
For municipal officials, this is another important step in municipal modernization and that comes as an answer to one of the most requested municipal services.
