Applications for those interested in applying for Scholarships from the Municipality of Faro, referring to the academic year 2011/2012, take place during the month of November, announced the Chamber of the Algarve capital.
Applications must be submitted to the Education Division of the City Council of Faro, at Praça José Afonso, nº1, between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm.
16 scholarships will be awarded to students from Secondary Education and Higher Education to young people residing in the municipality and also two scholarships for students from speaking countries

These grants are aimed at minimizing socio-economic differences and valuing young people's merit.
