Portuguese specialists in collective euphoria will return to the Algarve. The Farra Fanfarra – a group that reaches 50 musicians and entertainers when it's all together – make music, circus and humor in a single show.
They will be in Alcoutim's historic center on September 10th, at 21 pm, to spread fun on the street. The moment is «Allgarve'00» and there is free entry.
The night promises. The space is silent until the entry into action of the collective Farra Fanfarra, which through acoustic music and wind and percussion instruments will fill Alcoutim with a lot of rhythm and a hint of madness.
The performance is always unpredictable, but with the right participation of bass drums, timbals, snares, cymbals, tubas, trombones, congas, torches, trumpets and clarinets.
Add to the list the unusual toothbrushes, alto and tenor saxophones, helmets and baritones. In the end, the mix results in a show full of good mood with a repertoire composed of vibrant themes well known by the public, in BrassBand format.
The group Farra Fanfarra was created in 2008 and since then it has toured small and large stages, vans, festivals, giant wheels, convertibles, parades and celebrations that have brought music and parties to audiences of all ages.
